Looking forward to KCLS Learning U 2.0! Great start to a fun program that I know will teach me a lot!
Now I will have a ready answer when coworkers say "Wikipedia?", "Blog?", "Why would anyone use MySpace?"
Play is essential to learning, especially new stuff. I hope this program will make staff and the public more open to emerging technologies or social networks.
I can't wait to share with my fellow bloggers! Remember that Ketchup commericial theme...ANTICIPATION...I can't wait any more!!!! LOL
Am really excited about learning by playing around. Interested in creating a Blog -- even if no one's interested in visiting it -- imagine it might feel somewhat like performance art.
Yeah! I created my blog today. I am so excited.
I am so glad that KCLS provided us this learning 2.0, an online learning program. It's so fun! I hope I will get the Reward MP3 player when I complete the program.
This is interesting. I hope it helps us to better serve our diverse communities.
I have to say that I am having a great time with Learning 2.0. It is so much easier to learn something when it is fun. I am looking forward to the next lessons.
The learning is even better than when I used AOL-pictures & sound where easy to find & put on the blog-- and the support help is just 'next door' to boot :)
Absolutely love the idea of this program and hope to encourage everyone to sign up for this unique opportunity!
"BLOG" for me means "Begin Learning Old Girl". But I intend to dispell the old dogs and new tricks myth for sure.
Should I be worried that my blog isn't listed here yet even though I registered it a while ago and have three weeks of postings already?
rogereader - your blog is now included in the list. It was, curiously, out of the alphabetical order. And everyone else - I've just added everyone who registered up until late Friday. More to come tomorrow...
David - has anyone said that you sound a tad bit like Ira Glass of This American Life? It's interesting that I only noticed this from the audio clips, and not in person. This is really great training - a thank you to all involved.
So how come I'm not on the list of participants? I feel left out.
I'm heyread.blogspot.com
In response to your friendly neighborhood librarian - your blog is now on the listing. And in reference to aw, yeah, a few times...
Wow! Way to go KCLS! This list of participants is amazing

HI, how come my blog is not there??
Oopsy, someone spelled Particpants (on header of list) wrong. Is there a spell check on blogs?
I am looking forward to learning new things!
I'm a little behind the game, since I was on a little holiday, but my first attempt at "blogging" was surprisingly fun! Can't wait to see what's next!
